Exchanges and Returns
Return conditions
In order for us to accept your return, we must receive the products in the same conditions as we sent them to you and, preferably, in the original shipping packaging, without any signs of use.
For hygiene and safety reasons, piercings can only be returned if they are in their original packaging, completely sealed and with no signs of having been opened.
If you open the packaging in which we sent you any of the products described above, the return will not be possible.
Customized (anodized) parts cannot be returned even in sealed packaging, as they are customized solely and exclusively for the customer and are therefore non-refundable.
Return period
You can return your item without any additional costs (other than the cost of shipping the items for return) and you do not need to tell us the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the day you (buyer) or someone indicated by you, physically acquire the products.
In other words, you can return the product without any problems, up to a maximum period of 14 days after receiving it.
However, the cost of shipping the products is your responsibility .
Please also note that only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded (if applicable). Shipping costs for your order, such as shipping costs to our facilities (if applicable), will only be refunded in exceptional cases, such as if the item sent is damaged or does not match what was ordered.
To do this, simply send an email to kurochoutattoostudio@gmail.com.
In the email, you must indicate:
. Your name.
. Your mobile number.
. Your order number.
. The date of your order.
. The date you received your order.
. The products you wish to return and their respective quantities.
. Attached is your invoice. If you don't have it, we have it, don't worry.
. The reason you want to return – you don’t have to, but we like to know
We will respond to you as soon as possible.
Reimbursement
We will refund you the amount within a maximum period of 14 working days after receiving the products and checking their condition.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial payment, but if you would like the refund in another way, please let us know and it may be possible.
Exchanges
The rules are the same as described above, in Return.
However, in addition to being responsible for paying for shipping to us, you are also responsible for paying the shipping costs for the item you wish to exchange.
Items must be sent by registered mail to the address provided by email.
If you decide to send by another shipping method other than Registered Mail (e.g. Normal Mail, Blue Mail, Green Mail, etc.) and the order does not reach us, we do not assume any responsibility and we will not refund the value of the item or make an exchange.
We recommend that you send it by Registered Mail to avoid situations where the order is lost.
