These terms and conditions are entered into between Cecília Pereira Correia, hereinafter referred to as “KuroChou”, and consumers who wish to make purchases through the website www.kurochoujewelry.com, hereinafter referred to as “Customers or Consumers”, and define all the information necessary for the customer regarding the methods of ordering, selling, paying for and delivering the purchases made. Images and colors presented

Due to different calibrations of computer monitors and mobile devices, the colors of the delivered products may differ slightly from the images shown. It should also be noted that the same color, in the same item, may also vary slightly from batch to batch.

Prices

All prices on this website are shown in euros and are valid for any order placed on the day they are shown, even if the order is invoiced, sent and/or received later.

The prices shown on this website may be changed at any time and without prior notice.

Promotional campaigns are only valid for orders and payments made during the indicated period. If payment is made at a later date, the normal value will be considered, not covered by the promotion.

We present, in a concise manner, the prices of each product and/or service, shipping costs applied to each order and other additional costs that may be applicable.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available:

Guarantee

In accordance with Portuguese legislation, all items are guaranteed for 3 years from the date the purchase invoice is issued. However, any liability for damage to items due to lack of care and misuse or inappropriate use of the same is excluded, as well as:

• Damage from chemical substances that cause discoloration of the fabric or accessory;

• Washing the item at temperatures above those indicated in the care instructions.

• Iron directly on the print;

• Damage caused by falls and impacts that may cause breakage;

• Whenever the customer or third parties have modified or repaired the part;

Damage, Loss and Misplacement

Any packaging must be checked upon delivery and its acceptance presupposes that it is in perfect condition. If the User finds, upon receipt, that the packaging is damaged, it must be refused.

KuroChou Tattoo Studio is not responsible for any damage, loss or misplacement resulting from the transportation of any order. These situations must be duly reported and the responsibility will be of the carrier.
