Orders take on average 2-5 working days to be delivered to Portugal and around 5-10 working days to other countries*, depending on the destination area and the time of year, it may take longer.

Shipments are made by Registered Mail through CTT Correios de Portugal and, after the order has been sent, you will receive an email update with the Tracking Code.

The shipping cost to Portugal is €4.10.

Free shipping from €60 to mainland Portugal.

Shipping costs to other countries will be calculated based on the destination and total weight of the order.

The final amount to be charged, including shipping, will be displayed in the last step of the order process, before completing the purchase.

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing correct data (such as name and full address) for delivery.
If there are errors in the address and the order is returned to us, we will contact you by email and the order will be sent again, after payment of new (re)shipping costs. The same applies if the order is not collected within the period stipulated by CTT Correios de Portugal at the local Post Office/Collection Point.
